The SnailArmor 3rd Gen Tacoma Tailgate Flat Panel replaces your wavy OEM plastic cover with a dead-flat work surface — made from 1/8" 5052 aluminum with textured powder coating. These B-Stock panels are fully functional in every way: same precision fit, same countersunk holes, same flat-head screws. The difference is cosmetic. Light surface scratches, small scuffs, or slight powder coat imperfections earned them a discount. That's it.

Each panel has been individually inspected. Blemishes are cosmetic only — surface scratches, minor scuffs, or small powder coat variations that don't affect fit, function, or durability. No structural defects. No missing hardware. Every panel ships with the full hardware kit and fits your 2016-2023 Tacoma tailgate exactly as designed.

Every B-Stock panel is different. The photos show examples of the kind of blemishes you might see — but the specific panel you receive will vary. Some have a light scratch in one corner, some have a blemish across the face, and some have blotches of extra paint. All are fully inspected before shipping. A NOTE ON LASER ETCHING

Custom laser etching is available on B-Stock panels. Keep in mind that surface blemishes may affect the final result depending on their location. We'll do our best to position the artwork to minimize any impact and make sure you're happy with the outcome. If you have concerns about a specific design, reach out before ordering, and we'll talk it through.
